Our hotel hosts kink and alternative groups regularly, and if you haven’t been yet, we think you’ll love it as much as we do. There are two restaurants on site, they’re keeping the pool open for us till midnight each night and it’s only two miles from T.F. Green Airport and one hour by car from Boston Logan International Airport. For folks driving in, parking is free and ample!

If space becomes available, those spaces will be offered first to our overflow hotel guests through an automatic wait list run by the Crowne Plaza Warwick hotel in conjunction with the Holiday Inn Express. Our room rate is $145 per night at the Crowne Plaza Warwick and $99 per night at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Warwick.
The room block at the Holiday Inn Express, a hotel located nearby our host hotel and T.F. Greene airport, has just opened up as of 2/18/19. Our guests at the Holiday Inn Express will pay the significantly lower nightly room rate of $99 and enjoy free breakfast, shuttle service to and from our host hotel between 8am and 3am and be roomed on floors exclusively for our group. If you’re staying two nights, your total room cost for booking at the Holiday Inn Express would be significantly lower than at the Crowne Plaza Warwick.
Prices decrease from $327.70 at our host hotel to $223.74 for a savings of $103.96.
If you’re staying for all three nights of parties, that savings rises to $155.94.
Plus, if you’re interested and able to book in our second room block, you’ll be invited to an exclusive dessert reception with your event hosts on Saturday before our stage show because we want to thank you in person for the extra steps you’re taking to come see us.

You will need to put that group code “TTG” into the “group code” box on the website in order to see available rooms. Particularly if you’re booking those wing date rooms or it’s a weekend and there’s a staff change, hotel computer systems are kind of notorious for biffing it. It’s not you, it’s not the desk folks, it’s the tech!
The Fine Print:
For the Crowne Plaza Warwick: Because rooms are in such high demand, our roombookings at the Crowne will be subject to a two-night Friday/Saturday minimum stay and a credit card will be required at the time of reservation. This card will then be charged for the full room stay during the week of 2/25/19. Any card billing changes will need to be made before 30 days prior to the event. All cancellations need to be made before 30 days prior to the scheduled start of your stay or the full balance of charges will apply. For any rooms booked after 30 days prior to the event, the policy is that they are non-refundable. This policy is the large group policy set by our hotel and not one designed by our event.
